Agreement

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026

1. Acceptance

By selecting “Agree & Continue” during onboarding or by using Accui, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Accui provides

Accui is a personal record-keeping tool for manually entered blood pressure, blood glucose, and body fat measurements. It provides local history, trend views, general educational tips, profile preferences, and local data-management controls.

3. Not medical advice

Accui is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or individualized medical advice. The app does not determine whether a measurement is safe or unsafe. Use your measurement device according to its instructions and contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or concerns.

4. Your entries

You are responsible for entering accurate values and units and for reviewing the information before saving it. Accui is intended for your own personal records. Do not use the app as the sole basis for an urgent or clinical decision.

5. Local storage and deletion

Accui is designed around local device storage. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and understanding that clearing records, deleting the account, uninstalling the app, or losing access to the device may remove information that cannot be recovered.

6. Educational content

Health tips in Accui are general educational content about recording measurements. They are not a substitute for professional advice and may not apply to your personal health situation.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of Accui as the app develops. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

8. Contact

For support questions, contact support@Accui.com.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to Accui or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
