1. Overview
Accui is a personal health record application. It lets you manually record blood pressure, blood glucose, and body fat measurements for your own review. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Accui iOS application and this website.
2. Information stored by the app
Accui may store the following information locally on your device:
- Health measurements that you enter, including blood pressure, blood glucose, and body fat readings.
- Measurement times, selected measurement context, units, and notes that you choose to enter.
- Your profile name, if you choose to provide one.
- The latest feedback entry that you submit in the app.
- Local preferences, such as your preferred blood glucose unit and onboarding agreement status.
3. How your information is used
The information stored by Accui is used to display your records, history, trend charts, and local profile experience. Accui does not use your records to diagnose a condition, assess medical risk, or recommend treatment.
4. No account or health-data upload
Accui does not require account registration. The app is designed to store your records on your device and does not provide cloud synchronization or a developer-operated health-data account. The feedback form in the current version saves the latest feedback locally and does not claim to send it to a support server.
5. Privacy policy web page
When you open the Privacy Policy item inside Accui, the app loads this web page in an in-app web view. Loading a web page may involve standard connection information being handled by the website host, such as an IP address and basic request details. Accui does not use that web view to upload your locally stored health records.
6. Data deletion
You can clear all health records from the Profile section. You can also use Delete Account to clear local records, your profile name, and local onboarding status before returning to the welcome screen. These actions cannot restore deleted information.
7. Children
Accui is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
